Mattias has been doing a horrible job, and it's time they made a change:
"I say it would really be good if we had a new browser or we refreshed the sequencer and then Ludvig with Andy do the hard work, [coming up with] the vision for that". Much of what he says sounds really disingenuous and presentational (I mean interested only in presenting himself in a good light).
I tried Reason for some time and the reason (lol) I'm at all engaging in this topic is that I really *loved* it. It brings a visceral experience that no other DAW has. And I would love to use it, but with the current direction, that would feel like feeding money to some deeply overweight capitalist royalty whose only intention is to just get most of it with the least effort possible. Slimy. An instance of "voting with your money".
So this is directly adressed to (CEO? Matthias? Other guy?) - whoever is responsible for this development catastrophes over the last years:
Please let someone else takeover who actually makes music within the DAW on a semi-professional level!
