As far as I know, I haven't lost any of my vouchers, but when I tried to use them yesterday they came up as invalid. I did a call-out whether anyone knew anything about any changes and was directed here. I have contacted support, but they are yet to get back.
If their security has been compromised, then it's down to them to issue replacements. I'd find it very hard to believe that someone has hacked an individual's computer and stolen only F29 voucher codes.
