Dear forum members,

i have a Nord G1 and a Roland 5080 with a drumstation and would love to have another synth
of the same qulaity. Music is EDM/HOUSE, prefreed acts are Leftfield/Rokysopp.

Any ideas?

That's a pretty broad request that will probably just result in everyone's favorite synths being recommended. Maybe you can help narrow it down a bit by including some additional requirements/preferences, such as:

- budget
- format (with keys vs desktop vs rackmount [and number of spaces])
- monophonic vs polyphonic (any minimum number of voices?)
- any preference for fully analog vs digital vs hybrid?
- any synths you've already been considering?
- any synths you've already ruled out?
- synthesis type (e.g., subtractive, FM, rompler, wavetable, etc.)
- is compatibility with your DAW a primary factor?
