Guitars • Jamstik midi guitar questions

I have a classic jamstik midi guitar.
For any other users here, I would like to ask some questions.
My situation is that I use Ableton Live, which doesn't seem compatible with full MPE functions from the Jamstik. I can only use single mode for bends, and of course this limits the mpe capabilities.
My questions are these.
Is there a way to make my expression pedal control the modulation wheel on any software synth?
Can I use the Jamstik app to do this using the midi routing part of it?
Which DAW is most compatible with the Jamstik classic midi guitar for using full MPE mode?
