I don't understand why some people expect us to pay the invoices they send! They don’t pay their vendors, they don’t process all requested refunds, they don’t honor the contract, and they fail to maintain basic communication—nothing at all!
They send me the same invoice every month that you do. I haven't closed the account, yet they blocked my access to the control panel. The balance is positive for me, and I’ve asked them to pay me, but still, nothing... Why should I pay their invoices?
They can keep sending invoices, but I will never pay, especially since they won't pay us! I consulted with an attorney for advice, and the conclusion is straightforward: they are within their rights, and now that this has shifted from the EU to the US, there’s not much we can do—unless your balance is $1,000,000!
