Late comment, but I had to note on that one.Same here, last week they requested new KYC, answered won't do it since already delivered 3 times, Monday they confirmed account closer , and that they will keep our money for additional 180 day's. Today a New KYC request, otherwise they can't close the account. I'm not reacting anymore, useless.
Yes, they state in 5f: „Digital River may determine to exceptionally holdback some or all of the money....Digital River's statements or other communication will note how much Digital River is holding back.... Digital River will keep any held-back amounts only for a reasonable time as determined in our sole discretion“
But they state in 6c "Effect of Termination": "For a period of two (2) months following the expiration or termination of this Agreement, Digital River shall provide access to reporting through the Administration Interface and shall continue to provide returns processing as set forth in the Agreement."
There will not be any refunds after 60 days any more!
So they have to pay you after 2 months!
