It sounds like an absolute f**king nightmare to me.for my demo version of Viper I've 14.721 presets easily to chose from.
If you're a 'I tweak my single needed preset from scratch' type, then VeeSTeeEx surely is something you won't miss.
But since Caine123 asked for import of multiple soundbanks, I'd guess that he was at least interested in having a few hundreds of presets. And this is where VeeSTeeEx could be helpful.
And it probably is even more helpful, if you would be a preset collector for whatever reason.
As Adam pointed out, I most probably misunderstood Caine's question though.
