Why can't you go back to 4? What is the system preventing you. I am sure if you ask the support they can give you a step by step.They say it's Roland and admit they have never tested their software with it. They also admit they haven't tested Steinberg and they won't unless they get more complaints about them. Both are updated by Windows, so the drivers, in and of themselves are not the issue. I literally have a couple of hundred apps that work perfectly with them. Which means the one thing that does have a problem with it is the problem. That is Bitwig 5 (Bitwig 4 worked fine as well). And their system is not allowing me to roll back to 4 either.
And this is the circle we keep going round in.
