Did anything.Have you don the folder in folder thing? ie Folder 'drums' inside a folder ''kicks' , etc...this post explained it well

I've read the manual back and forth, tried all possible (sub-)folder-structures, copied single waves into the user folder, damaged & destroyed the refresh-button, re-started the DAW, switched off the computer, went out for a walk, petted a drooling dog, refrained from eating chocolate, ...
