Whenever somebody took the "mandatory donation" route I didn't receive what I paid for. It's like sending some Nigerian prince money, hoping you will get even more back. And no, it's not a commercial license but an ID that is supposed to remove bugs.So you really think you're dealing with a person who would accept your money but not give you a license , seriously ?
